About Me - Hi! My name is Rachelle, and I’m a Licensed Esthetician based in Olean, NY, with a lifelong passion for skincare and wellness. From an early love of learning about skin anatomy to mastering the art of esthetics at The Salon Professional Academy, I’ve dedicated myself to helping clients look and feel their absolute best. My studio specializes in a variety of beauty and skincare services including waxing, customized skincare treatments, lash extensions, brow tinting, brow lamination, lash lifts, tooth gems, and teeth whitening. Each service is enhanced with the soothing power of aromatherapy to create a relaxing, rejuvenating experience for every client. My goal is simple: to leave every client glowing from the inside out, walking out the door feeling confident, refreshed, and radiant. ⸻ Hours & Booking Policy My typical working hours are 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM. If you do not see an appointment time that works for you, please send me a message, and I will do my best to accommodate your schedule. Sunday appointments are available upon request and include an additional $30 fee added to the service booked. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, I require 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice will require 25% of the service cost to be paid before booking another appointment. ⸻ Exclusive Skincare Retail As part of my commitment to helping you achieve and maintain healthy, glowing skin, I proudly offer professional skincare lines that I personally trust and recommend for long-term skin health. Lash Fill Policy Update ✨ Starting April 1, 2026, I will be strictly enforcing my lash fill policy. Lash fills are meant to maintain your set—not replace it. If you arrive with less than 40–50% of your lash extensions remaining, your appointment will be considered a full set and priced accordingly. I’ve been very lenient with this in the past, but moving forward I will be sticking to this policy to ensure the best results and proper timing for all clients 🤍 Please make sure to book appropriately and maintain your lashes between appointments! Cancellation Policy

Her Esthetics charges 25% cancellation fee for any no-shows or cancellation within 48 hours of the scheduled appointment.
